Tuesday: BJJ 6:30pm-8:00pm
Thursday: BJJ 6:30pm-8:00pm
Saturday: Combatives 10:00am-12:00pm
BJJ classes are traditional Brazilian JiuJitsu. The student should wear gym attire (ie: shorts, t-shirt) but is expected to obtain a gi/kimono (contact for advice on where to obtain one).
Combative classes are based on the students everyday environment. Therefore we recommend students wear a type of clothing that would coincide with how they dress on a daily basis (ie: pants, belt, etc.). Law enforcement, military and professional security training for a work environment have the option to wear their off-duty attire or professional attire including kit. All students who are looking to become more proficient at utilizing their kit or equipment are permitted to bring the gear with them for utilizing in the class once the instructor has examined it for hazards. Students are encouraged to purchase training variations of the equipment they intend to carry. Assistance can be provided on where to obtain inexpensive variants.
